A sweet little design for little and big girl’s clothing items. Also suitable for pillows, towels and blankets. For the 4×4 hoops.
I recommend that you use lightweight interfacing or Ultra Light HeatnBond behind the small applique fabric to ensure that the edges don’t fray since the ric rac is somewhat narrower than a “normal” applique edge.
