This purse was designed to hold a Nintendo DSI but it can have other things in it as well. The girl’s purse is for the extra large hoops only and is constructed in two hoopings. The purses are fully lined and stipple quilted. The inside pocket is padded as well as the outer cover providing some protection for a digital game. The doll’s purse shows use of our 1” Puppy Love font; the girl’s the 2” Puppy Love font. Neither font is included with your purchase but is available for sale separately. A separate miniature butterfly is part of your purchase. You are receiving 2 design fronts (2 for girl, 2 for doll). One front has no writing, no butterfly; the other one has the words “Best Friends” with two small butterflies. This sweet set of 10 small applique designs was the outcome of sewing for a country style baby nursery.  Perfect for baby girls’ clothing items, on the side of plain tissue box designs, scattered over rag quilts, and anywhere a small playful baby girl accent is needed.  Great for using up small fabric scraps from larger projects.  All designs are under 3” in diameter.  Don’t like the wording?  No problem, just skip the last color stitch out.

Please Note: Oma’s Place does not provide actual thread lists for applique designs since each embroiderer will use their own choice of applique fabric.   We instead give a detailed description of each color stitch out hoping that you will have fun choosing fabrics and matching threads from your own “stash”

The Applique Bow and Butterfly alphabet is approximately 3.5” tall and is perfect for blankets, bibs, totes, and other girly baby and childrens’ items. Included with the applique lettering come three small butterflies to scatter amongst the letters in your projects. Also included are numbers. With a little imagination, this alphabet can also be used for Christmas items, as we have shown in one of our samples. We used Oma’s Place’s Christmas Miniatures to embellish the “O”. Wouldn’t this look great on a Christmas stocking?

If you would like to complement this alphabet, we have for sale an upper and lower case alphabet called Little Stout. Approximately 1” tall, this is a “fat” little alphabet that would cover well on toweling and blanket fleece.

This recoloring book is fun to sew and to use and reuse by your children and grandchildren. The pages of this book are intended to be colored with washable crayons. After the child is done coloring in the designs, the book can be thrown into the washer and dryer and then recolored. There is an optional (in the hoop) pocket for a box of 8 washable crayons. This is NOT an in the hoop project but rather the pages get made on your embroidery machine and then sewn together on your sewing machine. Detailed instructions are included. The overall process is very easy and is guided by placement lines throughout.

Included with your download are a total of 10 design files and a PDF document with multiple photos and instructions. All designs stitch out quickly and with a minimum of jump stitches.

Each design fits the 5×7 hoop.

What a cute little pillow to place on a bed post, door knob, or pegboard in a little (or big) girl’s bedroom. This quick in
the hoop project (for 5×7 hoops and larger) is so much fun to make. There is only a small seam at the bottom of the

This small set of 6 designs was designed to coordinate with  Ten Commandments for Girls.  Intended for use on pillow borders and bed sheets, it certainly would look very nice on girls’ clothing as well.  I can envision the bird and big flower on a girly tote as well.  One of the designs will require a 6×10 hoop (bunny border), but since the individual designs (border, bunny, bird) are also included in the set, it is entirely possible to stitch these out with a 5×7 hoop.  No font or name included with this design.  The set includes:

There are so many uses for this beautiful set – towel and pillow case borders, borders on little skirts, along the bottom of placemats. The applique butterflies can adorn anything from sweatshirts/t-shirts to totes and blankets. The use of this set is only limited by your imagination. This in-the-hoop project is for bibles with the following dimensions: 4.5×6.5×1”. Be sure to check your bible’s dimensions before purchasing this design. Examples of this type of bible is the “Holy Bible for Little Hearts and Hands”. The bible cover comes with a part applique design of a little girl reading her bible,has a convenient back pocket for a pen and a small notepad, as well as an elastic strap that holds the bible shut when not in use. Font not included. The bible cover is done in 3 hoopings in 5×7 hoops: You will construct the front first, then the back with pocket, and then in the last hooping you will combine the two parts by stitching a cover spine. It is not hard to do. Just follow the instructions listed in the enclosed pdf document carefully. Lots of photos included.
