I have been busy sewing for the grandkids and digitizing for the new website. I just love the way Eliana’s Easter dress turned out and she can’t wait to wear it. She is always begging to wear it. Makes a Grandma’s heart happy! 🙂 The little pockets on the bag and the dress are functional and she loves that. I am thinking of putting a little stuffed Easter bunny in the tote pocket! 🙂 The set will go up for sale soon and I hope you like it as much as I did digitizing and also sewing it.
The dress is “Rachel” by Farbenmix. I love the way it looks on Eliana. There is only one thing I “struggled” with on this dress: the sleeves. They always ended up being bigger than the opening and I can’t figure out for the life of me why. I had to actually make the sleeve narrower by about one inch. Other than that it sews very easily and it’s a lot of fun to use up some smaller pieces of fabric.
Have any of you sewn this dress and had problems with the sleeves? I’d like to know if it’s just me.
