We are excited to announce that effective immediately, Designs by JuJu has acquired the entire designs library of Oma’s Place! We are so honored that our designs will be part of their collection of beautiful embroidery designs.

This has been a difficult to decision for me – I love digitizing, being creatively active and most of all interacting with our dear customers, many of whom have become dear friends. I am 78 years old and everything takes longer, creativity is slower, and the stress of running a business has been weighing on me. There is so much that I still want to do in life apart from Oma’s Place – most of all spending time with family and friends. And enjoying gardening.

The good news is that Designs by JuJu has purchased our inventory and will continue to sell those designs on their website. And from time to time, I will contribute some new designs to their site as well. We feel that Designs by JuJu is a really good fit for Oma’s Place and we are excited to see that our designs will continue to bring joy to others.

Please NOTE: Your purchase history will not migrate over to Designs by JuJu.

You will have until August 22nd to download any of your purchases from Oma’s Place. The personal purchase history is now the only available function left on Oma’s Place. After August 31st, your purchase history on our site will no longer be available to you.

Digitizing for you has brought me endless hours of joy and creativity. Digitizing has seen me through some very difficult times in life and I thank those of you who prayed me through those times. Your support has meant the world to me. On the one hand, it is difficult to let go of what has been such a blessing in my life; on the other hand, I look forward to less stress, more time with family and friends, and true retirement. 😊
