The center is reverse appliqued — it’s easy, we show you how with detailed instructions and photos. The background behind the birdies is stipple quilted. There is a small opening at the bottom of the mug rug that needs to be handsewn or fused shut.
There are 3 stitch files in your download: A version that says “Birthday Tweetings”, another “Happy Tweetings” and finally the version shown above without words and slightly larger birdies.
