The little bag is quilted in the front and back and will dispense small plastic bags through an opening in the back. This is a complete in the hoop project. No additional hand or sewing machine stitching required. All inside seams are hidden; no embroidery stitches or seams are visible from the inside.
The little bag can also be stitched on vinyl. Just skip the quilting stitches and omit the fusible fleece.
