This mini quilt is mostly done as an in the hoop project (7×12 hoops). The center is quilted and the borders are applied during the embroidery. Only the faux binding needs to be stitched down with the sewing machine. The faux binding is actually the backing fabric brought forward to the front. Thorough instructions with many photos are part of your download. The top of this quilt allows for insertion of names and dates. There are two versions of this quilt: One with and one without the words “The roots of a family tree begin with the love of two hearts” . This will make a great wedding or anniversary gift. Font used for the wording of the names is our Ed’s Market (medium). Font not included.
