Because it is a digital product and we have no way of “taking it back” we cannot provide a refund.
Please check the design dimensions and stitch counts CAREFULLY to make sure it fits your hoop.
If for some reason, we made an error in digitizing the file – please contact us and we’ll be happy to correct it and send you a new design file.
