The panels make use of our Puppy Love Font, sold separately.
This is an in-the-hoop project. A small amount of hand sewing is required to close an opening at the bottom of each panel. You will attach the panels to the ribbon by handtacking or glueing in place. The center of each panel is stipple quilted and reverse appliqued. Decorate the banner with crystals for extra bling. Thorough instructions are included.
